We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help make the process simple and stress-free.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, or any marks.
- Returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale items.
- Accessories (scarves, jewellery, belts).
- Items marked as Final Sale.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us via WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number.
- Tell us which item(s) you'd like to return.
- Include the reason for your return.
- Our team will guide you through the return process.
Please note: Returns sent without prior authorisation cannot be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If your order qualified for free shipping, the standard shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Simply let us know when requesting your return.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number.
- A clear photo of the item.
- A brief description of the issue.
Our team will prioritise resolving the matter as quickly as possible.
